Lolo's Tomato and Basil Cream Pasta.
Soy free, easy and super delicious (and there were no complaints from Mr UnVeg either!). Gluten free too, I served it with Rice and Millet Pasta. Go try it! Linky.
And because it's a short one today, here's a bonus pic of a fluffy orange squirrel.....errr I mean kitty, getting his fill the minute I turned my back, little rascal!

I love that you made this!
Not only does your pic look fantastic, but I'm happy to hear that the recipe turned out well. I've been planning to make it since I saw the recipe on Lolo's site. I guess great minds think alike!
PS Your fluffy orange squirrel (aka kitty) is too cute!

Your kitty has the right idea. Heck, even I would dig into the trash if it meant I could find some scraps of that gorgeous-looking pasta!
